The true Buddha in the temple is different from the records left by the Yin merchants.

They are dressed in robes and hold alms bowls, looking dignified and respectable.

Only the people of the Yin merchants know that the true Buddha does not belong to this world; they are demons from beyond the heavens.

Guanyin Bodhisattva is an ethereal and chaotic octopus-like creature, while Zhunti Bodhisattva is a dark and silent seven-eyed goat.

Thousands of years ago, they were still attached to immortals, only to feed on the blood and flesh of commoners.

At that time, they had no need to pay attention to their own image and had no scruples in their actions.

Nowadays, when founding their own sects, the Buddhas must always appear dignified and refined.

Therefore, the world believes that the Buddha is the kindest person in the world, but they do not know that those who call the Buddha a demon have become the Buddha's prey.

Xu Ziyin naturally did not believe my words, so I had to take her to the main hall of the temple.

Underneath each Buddha statue, there is a small box.

If an ordinary person opens it, it will naturally be empty, and nothing will be seen.

I asked her to place the Qinglian Sword in front of her eyes and wait for the aura of the Imperial Inheritance to moisten her eyes before she could open the box.

Xu Ziyin was doubtful but was startled when she opened the box.

In the small box were countless green figures, crowded together layer by layer.

Each figure was sitting cross-legged, with their hands clasped together, murmuring:

"Amitabha Buddha."

Their eyes were misty, and with each chant of the Buddha's name, a certain force bound them here.

I told Xu Ziyin that this was the Buddha's current practice, and the so-called power of vows was nothing more than a way to firmly bind people.

When the time comes, their souls will return to the Western Paradise, where they can only serve the Buddha as cattle and horses, or even become nourishment for the Buddha's own power.

Xu Ziyin, with a righteous expression, smashed the small box to pieces, and in that instant, the world changed.

We left the temple and entered a silent void, with the seven-eyed goat representing the dark void sitting in front.

It murmured the Buddha's name:

"Amitabha Buddha."

Then countless monsters appeared in the world, with sharp claws and pitch-black scales.

They had long tails with many spikes at the ends.

The monsters had no eyes, noses, mouths, or ears, but they were clearly aware of our presence.

They were about to take action when suddenly the seven-eyed goat let out a roar.

The sound was not a human language, but its meaning appeared in my mind:

[In this world, there are actually descendants of the Yin merchant's imperial bloodline!]

In that instant, my hair stood on end, and this terrifying existence was already filled with killing intent.

Without waiting for Xu Ziyin to react, I tore open a rift in space and leaped out.

After several consecutive jumps, we had already left the temple far behind.

When everything calmed down, I spat out a mouthful of blood; that existence from beyond the heavens had an extremely strong killing intent.

The bloodline of the imperial family was also restless, as if the two were inherently opposing each other, destined to be lifelong enemies.

I glanced at Xu Ziyin and then fainted.

The only words left for Xu Ziyin were:

"Leave me behind and run quickly."
