After returning from a National Day trip, someone claiming to be my younger sister came to my door.
She knelt on the ground, crying and kowtowing, saying that I am not the biological child of our parents, and she is my real sister.
She also said that because of me, she suffered a lot in her original family.
Our parents took her in because they were afraid I would be heartbroken.
However, less than half a year after she came to our home, our whole family was involved in a car accident, and our parents died on the spot.
As I lay in the emergency room, I saw her smiling at me through the glass:
"Lin Ting, why do you get to have all the good things, all the good fortune? It's my turn now."
When I opened my eyes again, my mother had already opened the door.
A figure rushed in and knelt on the ground, begging.
I picked up my phone expressionlessly:
"Hello, 110? Someone has illegally entered a private residence here."
