When I woke up, it was already afternoon.

I was the only one in the office.

I walked out the door. It was a cloudy day, the hospital corridor was dark and long, like a monster that devours people.

It was this kind of weather when my brother died, a cloudy day about to rain, the air was stuffy.

I went downstairs and came to the garden. Those patients were still sitting in the activity area.

Unlike in the morning, now every one of them had their mouths wide open, necks stretched, as if waiting to catch the impending raindrops.

Normally, when people look up, it is difficult for them to see things on the same level as themselves.

But from the moment I appeared, their eyeballs shifted to an unbelievable angle, staring at me intently, making my hair stand on end.

I felt scared and quickly ran home.
