As two voices sounded, footsteps drew nearer. I quickly withdrew my hand and leaned closer to Huzi.

Huzi held a photo frame in his hand, with a thick album below it.

I swiftly stuffed the album into Huzi's hands and whispered, "Take this too."

At the same time, the hostess walked to the storage room door, her face as cold as water, staring at the two of us. "Taking so long to find something? Come out quickly."

I stood up, pulling Huzi out.

The hostess saw the album, furrowing her brows. "Taking a photo is one thing, but do you need such a thick album?"

I discreetly pinched Huzi. This kid reacted quickly, stomping and shouting, "Ah ah ah, I don't care, I want it, I want it, ah ah ah..."

Seizing the opportunity, I took the thick album. "The room is too cold and damp. Children will get sick if they stay too long. Once Huzi picks one, I'll return the album."

The hostess was driven crazy by the brat. "Remember to put it back and don't mess with those things."

Back in the room, I cleaned the photo frame and handed it to Huzi, softly asking, "Is this Dad?"

Huzi sat quietly on the bed, holding the photo frame in his hands, staring straight at the man in the picture.

The man was in an outdated suit, sitting on the grassy outskirts, hugging his chubby son, with a relaxed expression and a silly smile.

Familiar face, but not the melancholic one I remembered.

The person in the photo is familiar because he is my biological older brother - Gu Zhuo.

The boy in front of me, Huzi, is my brother's son, named Gu Siyue.
