After graduating from my fourth year in college, I considered it for a while, and finally agreed to Lu Xinyue's proposal to open a dance institution near a primary school.

I took care of the location selection, enrollment, and promotion, while Lu Xinyue just needed to focus on being a dance teacher.

After the decoration was completed and the formaldehyde was dispersed, the institution officially started operating a year later.

Lu Xinyue's family conditions were pretty good, and she didn't really need the money from working part-time, so her family let her do whatever she wanted.

Lu Xinyue and I rented a room together. My job had weekends off, so I would visit the institution on weekends. If I wasn't busy after work, we would go to the night market to set up a dessert stall together, but that rarely happened.

Thinking back to when I made up my mind to leave home with nothing, and in the midst of thinking I had no chance with college, I met Lu Xinyue and managed to earn my tuition and living expenses for four years of college. I went through so much hardship, so I guess I can consider myself lucky.

Now I have a decent-paying job, the institution gives me a bonus every month, I rented a room with my close friend, and I have a small amount of money saved up. I think this is the happiest time in my life.

But life is never smooth sailing, and the thing I fear the most has finally happened.
