"Who are you?" Hades questioned.

The man in front of him wore a red official robe, his eyes fierce and filled with killing intent. He was none other than Qin Guangwang, the god in charge of the Chinese underworld.

Qin Guangwang angrily said, "Hound of the Underworld, I never expected you to be colluding with foreign gods. Today, I will teach you a lesson on behalf of Yang Jian."

The Hound of the Underworld helplessly raised its dog head, hoping that Yang Jian would quickly take it away.

For the first time, the Hound of the Underworld realized how difficult it was to be popular when it witnessed these two lunatics fighting to the death for its sake.

"It is my Cerberus. If you want to hurt it, you'll have to go against me, Hades," said Hades, protecting the Hound of the Underworld behind him, fearing that Qin Guangwang might suddenly attack it.

"I don't know what Cerberus is, but if you continue to obstruct me, I'll beat you up as well," Qin Guangwang retorted.

Hades sneered, "In my domain, you dare to challenge me? That's the most ridiculous joke I've ever heard."

"In your domain, I've never seen anyone as arrogant as you. Even the Great Sage Equaling Heaven wouldn't dare to say such things," Qin Guangwang's temper flared, paying no regard to consequences.

He clenched his hands into claws, and crimson divine power transformed into the Skull of a Fierce Ghost, pouncing towards Hades. Seeing this, Hades became furious as he had never been provoked like this before.

He produced a fernwood branch from nowhere and lightly waved it, causing surging divine power to flow, dispersing Qin Guangwang's divine power.

Hades said, "You, bastard, have angered the noble Lord of the Underworld. The undead will punish you."

Hades took out a key and twisted it into the void, as if opening a door.

Piles of white bones fell from the void, piecing together into skeletons that clumsily stood up, wielding weapons made of bones.

"Hmph, mere white bones dare to challenge Yama!"

Qin Guangwang swung his giant hand, and a blazing fire roared, reducing those bones to ashes.

However, the bones continued to emerge incessantly, defying the fire's attempt to incinerate them completely. The bone undead gathered more and more.

"Playing tricks with ghosts in my Underworld, how audacious," Qin Guangwang said.

As soon as Qin Guangwang finished speaking, two figures, one black and one white, floated over.

Black Impermanence brought out his shackles, shattering the bones wherever they landed, while White Impermanence wielded his lock, swiftly breaking the dozens of feet-long skeletons as they fell.

Ox-Head held a trident, and Horse-Face held a broadsword, cleanly killing the bone undead on Qin Guangwang's left and right.

Qin Guangwang took a deep breath, sucking in the ghostly flames emanating from the skulls of the bone undead. He smiled and said, "The things you conjured up are quite interesting!"

Hades' face turned grim. At that moment, a silver light descended before him, revealing a three-eyed man.

When the Hound of the Underworld saw that Yang Jian had finally arrived, it became excited and wanted to rush over, but seeing Hades in front of it, it fearfully halted its movements.

"Who are you again? Are you here to snatch Cerberus from me?" Hades asked.

Yang Jian rubbed his nose and said apologetically, "Sorry! You've mistaken the dog. This is my family's Hound of the Underworld."

"That's the lamest lie I've ever heard."

"You really mistook the dog. If you don't believe me, ask it," Yang Jian signaled to the Hound of the Underworld.

"Um, um, you indeed mistook me," the Hound of the Underworld said.

"So, it turns out you can speak! I thought you had lost the ability to speak," Hades said, suddenly laughing. "It seems I made a mistake. Cerberus still has its three heads intact."

Yang Jian felt that this person was probably a fool and wanted to quickly leave. He hurriedly leaned close to Qin Guangwangand whispered, "Let's settle this peacefully. There's no need for unnecessary conflict."

Qin Guangwang frowned and considered Yang Jian's words. After a moment of silence, he nodded and said, "Fine, I'll let it go this time. But remember, I'll be watching."

With that, Qin Guangwang turned and left, disappearing into the shadows of the underworld.

"Thank you for intervening," Hades said to Yang Jian, a hint of gratitude in his voice. "I didn't expect the situation to escalate like that."

"No problem," Yang Jian replied with a smile. "Sometimes misunderstandings happen. It's important to find a peaceful resolution."

Hades nodded in agreement. "Indeed. I appreciate your understanding and assistance. If there's anything I can do for you in the future, don't hesitate to ask."

"I'll keep that in mind," Yang Jian said. "But for now, I should take my Hound of the Underworld and leave. We have other matters to attend to."

The Hound of the Underworld wagged its tail happily, relieved that the conflict was over.

As Yang Jian and the Hound of the Underworld departed, Hades watched them leave, contemplating the events that had transpired. He realized the importance of communication and avoiding unnecessary confrontations. From that day forward, he vowed to be more cautious in his dealings with other gods, striving for peaceful resolutions whenever possible.

Meanwhile, the Hound of the Underworld followed Yang Jian, grateful for his timely intervention. It knew that it was fortunate to have such a loyal and protective master.

Together, they ventured out of the underworld, ready to face new adventures and challenges that awaited them in the divine realms.
