My magical power is far inferior to the third senior brother. At this moment, he obviously couldn't suppress the demonic nature inside him and pounced straight at me.

I immediately focused my mind and prepared for one last fight.

But just as the third senior brother charged towards me, his claws suddenly transformed into palms and forcefully pushed against my chest, while shouting:

"Go."

He pushed me so hard that my body flew straight out of the door.

After landing, I saw the silhouette of a grotesque creature with eight limbs and eight feet illuminated by the lamplight in the meditation room.

Before I could recover from the shock, I noticed that the entire Ling Mountain was covered in dark clouds, and there was a strong smell of blood in the air.

Above me, giant humanoid monsters were swaying their bodies.

Upon closer inspection, I realized that they were the Buddhas of the Western Heaven, judging from their attire.

They were behaving as if they were under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs, displaying powerful supernatural abilities, shaking their massive bodies, and each of them held a person in their hands.

Some of the victims were already lifeless, their limbs flailing aimlessly. The giant monsters would bite into them and countless blood would burst forth.

Those who were still alive screamed in agony while struggling to escape from the clutches of these giant monsters.

The more they struggled, the more they aroused the demonic nature of these monsters. They laughed maniacally, tearing the struggling individuals into two halves and stuffing them into their tooth-filled mouths.

At that moment, I truly wished I had the divine power of the eldest senior brother to confront these monsters.

However, I didn't even have a decent weapon. My only choice was to escape back.

I struggled to get up and stumbled towards the southwest meditation room.

Only when I closed the door of the meditation room did my heart finally settle down a bit.

Throughout that night, the entire Ling Mountain resounded with the howls of the monsters and the screams of the people who were being treated as food.

The smell of blood in the air became increasingly strong.

This continued until the light reappeared on Ling Mountain, and the terrifying sounds finally ceased.

As I slowly pushed open the door of the meditation room, Lei Yin Monastery returned to its magnificent state, and everything from last night seemed like a dream.

Just then, a familiar voice sounded:

"Bai Long, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and carry the scriptures on the road."

I turned my head and saw Master, holding a nine-ring staff, looking at me from within the Buddha's light.

And by his side, the eldest senior brother, second senior brother, and third senior brother were still jumping around, carrying the scriptures, seemingly waiting for only me.

Wasn't Master eaten by the Tathagatas? Wasn't the third senior brother possessed by demons? Are the eldest senior brother and the second senior brother real or fake?

I shook my head forcefully, even forcing myself to accept that this was reality and that everything from yesterday was just my inner demon.

So I stopped thinking too much and transformed back into a white horse, obediently waiting for the two senior brothers to load the boxes of scriptures onto my back.

When everything was ready, the master and disciples set foot on the road back to the Eastern Land.

Following this path, we descended from Ling Mountain. Apart from the occasional stench of corpses and the sight of the demonic cave upon our return to the livestock road, there was nothing unusual.

After half a day of walking, we finally left the boundaries of Ling Mountain, and I secretly let out a sigh of relief.

But just then, I suddenly felt a surge of killing intent beside me.

I glanced sideways and saw the second senior brother slowly removing the nine-toothed rake from his shoulder.

The third senior brother tightly gripped the Demon Subduing Rod with both hands.

Suddenly, the second senior brother shouted:

"Attack!"

Then I saw two figures pounce directly ahead.
