"But what if the Buddhas break through the seal and come back to life? What would you do then?"

I smiled and said something unexpected to the false Buddha.

The false Buddha was somewhat surprised, "Impossible, I have sealed them all away and hidden them."

"You better take a look around first."

The White Dragon Horse and Wujing stood up together, summoning countless Buddha statues from thin air.

"Wujing went out earlier with the White Dragon to search for the Buddhas you sealed away," I said.

"Speaking of which, I have to thank you. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to obtain the power of the Tathagata Buddha and release the seals on the Buddhas," I continued.

I ignited my own power and began to release the seals on the Buddha statues.

The false Buddha was suddenly shocked, "You did it on purpose just now, you were plotting against me? Hmph, it doesn't matter. Sun Wukong and Zhu Bajie are already dead, and the White Dragon and Sha Monk won't be able to protect you!"

After saying that, his dark power transformed into sharp blades and attacked us.

The hair and half-candle in my arms floated out and transformed into Wukong and Bajie, while the two corpses in the distance turned into green smoke and dissipated.

"Hmph, demons, you didn't expect that! Those two were fake bodies, our real bodies have always been hidden on our master," Wukong and Bajie taunted, blocking the attacks.

The false Buddha became anxious and launched a frantic attack, causing the pillars and walls of the hall to collapse. However, Wukong and Bajie desperately stood in the way.

As the absorbed power from the Tathagata Buddha depleted, the Buddhas finally broke free from their seals and awakened.

"Amitabha Buddha, we leave it to you!" I collapsed to the ground, gasping for breath.

The Ancient Lamp Buddha nodded at me and then called out, "Everyone, it's time to make up for our mistakes."

The Buddhas activated their powers one after another and fiercely attacked the false Buddha.

The false Buddha knew that his success or failure depended on this moment and desperately fought back against the Buddhas.

On Mount Ling, the collision of blood-red and golden light shook the heavens and the earth.

For a while, all was silent, rendering people unable to see.

After an unknown period of time, the Buddhas dispersed, and the central hall was devoid of the false Buddha's presence.

"Hahaha, I still have the last laugh! Jinchanshi, even after absorbing the Tathagata, you were still one step too late," echoed the voice of the false Buddha in the hall— he hadn't died yet.

On Mount Ling, the Great Thunder Monastery was now in ruins.

I held the staff in my hand, activating all of my power, and my golden body appeared.

I walked step by step towards the center of the hall. The residual golden light from the Buddhas in the hall converged onto me, shaping my Buddha form.

In the center of the hall, a mixture of rotten flesh and blood surged and gradually formed a humanoid figure.

It grinned and said, "Jinchanshi, the Buddhas couldn't do anything to me, and now you're here to die as well?"

I lifted the staff and pointed it directly at him.

"The Buddhas couldn't do anything to you, and naturally Jinchanshi can't either. But I am Tang Xuanzang!"

I closed my eyes tightly, then opened them, gathering all the strength in my body. "Do you remember what you said? Buddhas and demons are one entity, as the Buddhas dissipate, your power has weakened to its extreme," I said.

It suddenly panicked, "You're lying, Jinchanshi, you're lying to me!"

I chuckled softly, "No, since my reincarnation, I am no longer Jinchanshi, I am Tang Xuanzang. I am not a Buddha, I am a human!"

"Impossible, Jinchanshi, you are deceiving me, you are deceiving me!"

Finally, I explained, "Just as you said, my cultivation is based on the realization of the Buddha in the past, which allowed me to be reborn and cultivate again. I am human, not a Buddha. I am the one who can truly defeat you."

I swung the staff with all my might, and a brilliant golden light burst forth, engulfing the false Buddha. The light grew brighter and brighter, until finally, the false Buddha let out a scream and disintegrated into ashes.

The hall fell silent once again, and the golden light slowly dissipated. I stood there, panting, feeling a profound sense of exhaustion.

The Buddhas and my companions gathered around me, their expressions filled with relief and gratitude.

As the dust settled, we knew that our journey was far from over. There were still countless challenges ahead, but we had overcome this major obstacle. We had faced the false Buddha and emerged victorious.

With renewed determination, we continued on our path, knowing that the road to enlightenment was long and arduous, but we were not alone. Together, we would strive to bring light to the world and defeat the forces of darkness.

And so, our journey continued, with the Buddhas by our side, guiding us towards our ultimate destination.
