Instead, the entire Ling Mountain shook madly.

The talisman given to me by Laojun lit up and directly stuck to the heart.

The trembling of Ling Mountain became more intense.

I raised the Golden Cudgel and smashed it towards the heart. However, several tentacles flew out from all directions and firmly entangled me.

These tentacles were too fast. Before I could react, they bound me tightly and dragged me towards the outside of the cave.

Before being dragged out of the huge space inside Ling Mountain, I saw the talisman given by Laojun flicker on the heart, and then Sun Wukong inside the heart opened his eyes.

I was dragged out of Ling Mountain and flew in the sky above Ling Mountain.

I was shocked to find that Ling Mountain was no longer the shape of a mountain, but a huge statue.

The statue was exactly the appearance of the Buddha.

Upon closer inspection, it was not a statue at all. The gigantic mountain had turned into flesh and blood, with countless Buddha faces scattered all over the body of the statue.

And at the center of the statue was the face of the Buddha.

This was no longer a statue, it was the Buddha!

Ling Mountain had become a monstrous creature formed by countless Buddhas, centered around the Buddha, with Buddha faces all over its body and tentacles everywhere.

"In heaven and earth, only the Buddha is revered."

Every Buddha face on that creature was chanting, then it roared towards the sky.

"In heaven and earth, only the Buddha is revered!"

How did the Buddha become such a creature?

I tried to break free from the entanglement of the tentacles but found it impossible. All my spiritual power was suppressed and flowed towards the statue along the tentacles.

It was absorbing my spiritual power.

I began to regret not making sufficient preparations before coming to Ling Mountain. Now, not only was Sun Wukong in danger, but I was also going to be involved.

Just as I was considering how to escape, I saw a figure flash out from inside the creature and appear in front of me.

The tentacles that bound me were cut into several pieces by an invisible blade and fell to the ground.

The figure that saved me was Laojun.

It turned out that his clone was hidden in the talisman.

"This Buddha is afraid of retaliation from the Heavenly Court, so he melted all the Buddhas in Ling Mountain, hoping to gather the power of all the Buddhas in Ling Mountain to fight against the Heavenly Court," Laojun said standing beside me, "But he failed and became a complete monster."

I bowed to Laojun and asked, "Laojun, how can we save my junior brother?"

"No need to save him, he's already out."

As soon as Laojun finished speaking, the chest of the creature exploded.

From that heart, a figure burst out and flew into the sky, becoming immense like a mountain.

A voice resounded through the sky.

"Take a hit from me, Sun Wukong!"
