The outbreak of the apocalypse.

I never imagined that the apocalypse would be so terrifying. Dark clouds covered the sky, and the pitch-black clouds quickly eroded the sky. It seemed that the dark mass was about to come crashing down.

The clear and bloody scenes were shocking my cerebral cortex.

With a "bang," a person fell heavily from the top floor and smashed onto the ground. Brain matter and crimson blood spilled all over the place, and the limbs were scattered.

A group of people gathered around to look, and it was astonishing that the body lying on the ground was not dead. Instead, it stood up sluggishly and stiffly.

Before the onlookers could react, the resurrected body mechanically went crazy and pounced on the crowd, starting to bite them.

Only then did the people realize that something was wrong and began to flee in all directions, causing chaos.

The zombie virus had just broken out, and the movement speed was still somewhat slow. Most people quickly escaped, but a few slow-reacting ones were caught and bitten by the zombies.

The chunks of bloody flesh were gripped in their mouths, and they actually started chewing.

Soon, one person after another fell, and one zombie after another stood up. They directly tore and chewed when they smelled the scent of humans.

The people in the residential area almost collapsed. Groups of zombies roamed around with mottled bloodstains, their faces pale and their eyes hollow, filled with only the whites of their eyes, eerie and pale.

Sirens started wailing on the streets, and firefighters and armed police quickly mobilized.

"Ah!"

I screamed. At this moment, a zombie with only half a face left was lying on my window, its pale eyes fixedly staring at my room, while the other half of its face, like decaying flesh, was still hanging from its neck.

It observed my room for a while, but luckily, I had previously applied one-way film to all the windows so that it couldn't see inside. After a while, it chuckled and left.

Immediately, an emergency announcement began playing on the TV: Zombie biting incidents are occurring nationwide, and the transmission is extremely strong. Everyone bitten turns into a zombie, and a solution is currently unknown. To prevent the virus from spreading, the relevant government authorities have swiftly locked down cities and cut off all contact! Residents in all areas are advised to stay at home and self-isolate!

In the news, local governments even deployed tanks and firearms in an attempt to eliminate these zombies. When the shells hit, the zombies that were originally dead just lay on the ground for a while before quickly standing up again, and their movement speed was even faster than before!
