After four consecutive days of driving, the car stopped in front of a big mountain.

Fang Tian found a farmer, gave him some money, and the farmer immediately agreed to let Fang Tian park the car in his yard.

"Next, we have to walk to the village. Thank you for your hard work."

I looked at Fang Tian, who was carrying large and small bags, and said.

Fang Tian intentionally straightened his back and smiled, saying, "For you, it's not hard."

"Give me something. You're carrying everything, but my hands are empty."

I approached to take the gift bag on his back, but he turned around and wouldn't let me touch it.

"With me here, how can I let you be tired?"

I had to retract my hands.

Two hours later, Fang Tian was exhausted and panting.

I suggested taking a break.

But he didn't want to and insisted on making it all the way to my house in one go.

He was brought up in a pampered way since childhood, so I was already satisfied with his level of effort for me.

I took out a tissue and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

Then we continued on.

Soon, we arrived at the village.

"Why are nine out of ten households locked?"

"Young people don't want to live in the village. After the elderly people pass away, their houses are locked."

In the current village, only Grandma and three or four elderly people live permanently, basically leading a secluded life.

"It's too lonely for Grandma to live here. How about we bring her to the city to live with us? What do you think?"

Fang Tian's proposal warmed my heart.

"I'll ask Grandma and see if she's willing."
