I also brought an eyeball.

It's the eyeball of the girl who jumped off the building.

It's incredibly beautiful. When I first saw it in a hurry, I just thought it looked nice. Now, upon closer observation, I find it stunning.

It's as clear and translucent as a glass bead, captivating and enchanting.

I don't know why I have this desire, but I feel that something so beautiful shouldn't be left alone in the wilderness.

So I brought it back with me.

It's strange that so many police officers and doctors couldn't find what I immediately spotted.

The more beautifully you dress it up, the more beautiful you become...

As I looked at the broken doll on the bedside table, this sentence suddenly came to mind. I was stunned for a moment or two, then I reached out, took off its completely white fake eyeball, and, in a trance, put on the pair of real "glass beads."

The lifeless object suddenly seemed alive, and the pair of eyes looked especially beautiful, emitting a strange glow in the dark.

If only I could be as beautiful as well...
