I ignored the obstruction of the crowd and walked to the rear of the car, stopping two steps away from the girl with short hair.

I squatted down and stared at her quietly. "Can you hear me? Blink once for yes, twice for no."

The girl with short hair blinked slowly.

"What's your name?"

"Song... Jin..." She struggled to speak.

"Song Jin, do you want to live?"

She blinked forcefully.

I picked up the Joyful Potato Chips from the ground. The bag was still sticky on the outside, but the chips inside were clean and not contaminated.

"Do you like potato chips?"

Song Jin blinked once, paused for two seconds, and then blinked twice.

I looked at the chips in the bag and suddenly had a ridiculous idea.

I reached out, picked up a piece, and put it in my mouth. It tasted like grilled squid.

"Lao Zhou!" I heard Wang Chu's exclamation.

Everyone held their breath, but the expected alarm did not sound.

"See, there's nothing to be afraid of with potato chips." I smiled.

Song Jin looked at me with wide eyes, and a clear tear rolled down from the corner of her eye.

The black sticky substance suddenly dissipated like smoke.

I helped her up. Her lips were cracked and bleeding, and the torn muscles in her waist were severe. She couldn't stand up straight or bend over, so I slowly helped her sit in the front row.

The alarm didn't go off.

Wang Chu and Li Yu looked at me in astonishment, while Ye Nanpu seemed unsurprised.

"Priority seating for the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, and pregnant," I explained. "Song Jin counts as a semi-disabled person."

"Then what about her?" Wang Chu pointed at the girl with glasses next to her.

Li Yu instantly understood and quickly pulled down Wang Chu's pointing finger. "Don't ask, that's someone's privacy."

"Oh, I see. But Zhou, what's your situation? Why did you eat the potato chips and nothing happened to you?" Wang Chu looked puzzled.

I didn't answer his question. I just asked, "What time is it now?"

"." Li Yu replied.

I looked at Ye Nanpu. "Inform the cabin crew administrator."
