I'm afraid I'm doomed!

I tightly grip my phone, forcing myself to calm down, and discreetly seek help from my classmates through the phone.

"Lately, I've been really into Edvard Munch's 'The Scream'."

"Have you seen that painting? I feel like it relates so much to my current situation. I'm just as broken down as the protagonist in the painting."

"Right now, I'm also on a bridge, but not the one in the city center. I've never walked on this bridge before. It's a bit old and seems to have been abandoned for many years. I think it should be located in the northwest direction of the city's public security bureau. You know the river on the northwest side, right?"

My classmates are completely confused.

"What bridge? What river? Check your navigation. Did your car go off course?"

Of course, I went off course.

But if the driver is really the murderer, would he change the route back just because I corrected him?

No, he wouldn't.

He would only kill me.

Just then, the phone started making a chaotic electric noise.

At first, I could vaguely hear my classmates' puzzled voices.

But later, nothing.

Only the mechanical voice of the AI kept repeating:

"Look down!"

"Look down!"

Everything around me is urging me to look down.

I know, there's no escape for me.
