The safety lock has fallen halfway.

I didn't care about anything else and quickly pulled off the small bags on myself and Meimei.

After confirming that there were no items mentioned on the signs on our bodies, I finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"Thank you for the reminder,"

a polite voice from the bespectacled boy sounded beside me.

I turned my head and saw him casually throwing away his glasses.

He looked even better without them.

Unfortunately, no one is appreciating how handsome his facial features are right now.

Some people hastily discarded their glasses, phones, bags, and so on.

Two girls reacted relatively slowly.

The seat safety lock completely closed.

They panicked and shouted, "We haven't taken off our bags yet. Let us take them off!"

But the staff pretended not to hear.

They were frightened and started crying as the roller coaster started moving.

"No! No! I don't want to die! Nooo!"

Boom!

Two clouds of blood exploded.

Before anyone could react, they were splattered with blood.

"Ah!!!"

More people instinctively screamed.

Boom! Boom!

More clouds of blood burst consecutively.

Drops of blood fell on our heads and faces, Meimei's and mine.

Meimei was about to scream out of reflex.

I quickly covered her mouth with my hand and shook my head.

Meimei took a deep breath, but her eyes were filled with plea and despair.

Ten or so people had already died as the roller coaster started moving.

Can we really make it out alive?

As I saw the roller coaster slowly climbing forward,

I warned Meimei,

"From now on, don't scream. Absolutely don't scream, no matter what."

But deep down, I felt that we probably wouldn't have a chance to survive.

Because screaming is an instinctive bodily reaction that is almost impossible to control subjectively in such a thrilling and terrifying environment.

At the moment the roller coaster reached the top,

I looked at the steep track nearly a hundred meters high.

It was as if I saw the Grim Reaper waving at me.
