The familiar scene in front of my eyes seems to remind me that everything I experienced in the past was just a dream.

I'm back, back to a life without the apocalypse, without zombies.

I told my friends, and they all thought I was confused from sleeping too long. How could there be such a strange thing as transmigration into a book?

"Maybe you've been under a lot of pressure lately. Go out and relax."

No one believes this extraordinary encounter of mine. But it doesn't feel like a dream. Every day, I feel empty inside, as if I've lost something important.

With my emotions in order, I said goodbye to my parents and came to West Lake in Hangzhou with only a few belongings.

In the south of the Yangtze River, the scenery is familiar. This southern water town exudes an ancient charm that captivates people.

I hold a handmade oil-paper umbrella and admire the breathtaking beauty of West Lake in the misty rain.

The wind blows and fine rain falls, lifting the stray hairs around my ears with the southern breeze.

All of a sudden, it seems like I hear a familiar voice.

"Shen Hua."

I freeze, then shake my head helplessly. It can't be. He can't possibly be here.

As I continue walking forward, the voice gets closer until I clearly hear the words, "Hua Hua."

I turn back in disbelief. The drizzle blurs my vision, but I can vaguely see a man with long black hair standing on the other side of the bridge.

"Zai Zai, is it you?"

I walk slowly towards him, afraid of startling the person.

"It's me. I've come."

Upon hearing those certain words, I drop the umbrella and rush towards him. He reaches out and embraces my waist.

"This time, I'll fulfill my promise, my Zombie Queen."
